How to set up Notion Integration?

To utilize the Files to Notion app, you need to set-up your own Notion Integration. It guarantees a direct connection between the app and Notion servers, without any involvement of third-party services.

Please follow these three steps:

STEP 1. Create your own integration

• Go to https://developers.notion.com.
• Click “View my integrations” (you need to be logged in).
• Click “Create Integration”.
• Define name and click “Submit”.
• Copy “Internal Integration Secret” and paste it to the Files to Notion app.

STEP 2. Link integration with your workspace

• Open your Notion workspace.
• Create a new Page, where your local files will be reflected.
• Enable Integration (created in STEP 1) for the page.
• Copy “Page ID” and paste it to the Files to Notion app.

STEP 3. Link integration with “Files To Notion”

• Click “Verify” in the Files to Notion app
• Select directory you want to synchronise
